This attractively presented house has sea views from both the attic bedroom and from the comfortably furnished Summerhouse located at the top of the pretty tiered garden. A perfect place to relax on a Summer's evening. Just 5 minutes walk to the town and harbour it is the perfect base for a family holiday.
There are 10 steps to the entrance hallway. Off the hallway is the Lounge/Dining Area which has TV/DVD Player. Through to the Kitchen equipped with Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Drier, Slimline Dishwasher and microwave. There is a door from the Kitchen to a very pretty small courtyard with table and chairs. Stairs from the hallway to the first floor which has two bedrooms, one with a 3' single bed and one with 3' twin beds and TV/DVD Player. Also on this floor is the family bathroom which has a freestanding bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. From the landing is a door leading to the large tiered garden which has a decked area with patio furniture and gravelled level leading to a paved area which has a Summerhouse furnished with comfortable seating and views to Godrevy and beyond. From the first floor landing are stairs leading to the attic bedroom which has a King Size Bed and dual aspect views over the garden area and St Ives Bay.

A lovely property in great location for exploring St Ives. Everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay with great spaces for our 5 and 8 year old to explore! We would most certainly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit St Ives.
We found this property to be superb. The location is a short walk from St Ives Harbour and the house itself was perfect for the 5 of us. The quality of the house, the fixtures, fittings and amenities was top class. In fact one of the best properties we've stayed in in St Ives and we've been coming for many years. Thank you!
