Description
This attractively presented house has sea views from both the attic bedroom and from the comfortably furnished Summerhouse located at the top of the pretty tiered garden. A perfect place to relax on a Summer's evening. Just 5 minutes walk to the town and harbour it is the perfect base for a family holiday.
There are 10 steps to the entrance hallway. Off the hallway is the Lounge/Dining Area which has TV/DVD Player. Through to the Kitchen equipped with Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Drier, Slimline Dishwasher and microwave. There is a door from the Kitchen to a very pretty small courtyard with table and chairs. Stairs from the hallway to the first floor which has two bedrooms, one with a 3' single bed and one with 3' twin beds and TV/DVD Player. Also on this floor is the family bathroom which has a freestanding bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. From the landing is a door leading to the large tiered garden which has a decked area with patio furniture and gravelled level leading to a paved area which has a Summerhouse furnished with comfortable seating and views to Godrevy and beyond. From the first floor landing are stairs leading to the attic bedroom which has a King Size Bed and dual aspect views over the garden area and St Ives Bay.
