Stylishly refurbished  whilst retaining many of its original features, Trevoda House is a perfect base for a family holiday. The shops, harbour, restaurants and beaches are just a few minutes walk away.

Entrance directly into the Lounge/Dining Area which has a log burner and Smart TV. There is an understairs storage cupboard housing the washing machine. Through to the Kitchen with breakfast bar, Range style electric oven with double gas hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and door to small courtyard. Stairs lead from the Lounge to the first floor with two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a twin room with 2 x 3ft single beds. The Bathroom has a bath with hand held shower on taps, wc and wash basin. Also on this floor is a Kid's Den with seating and TV. Stairs to second floor leading to two further bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and one with 3ft bunk beds. Wet room with shower, wc and wash basin and door leading to an attractive roof terrace with furniture.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 medium-sized dog accepted all year round, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.

PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest public car park is the Train Station Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tramac road outside the property which can be used to drop off. Do not leave your car unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: No steps into property from pavement level.


STAIRS/STEPS: From ground floor living/dining area there is lip down into the kitchen area. From the kitchen is access to the courtyard which has a lip up to access. 13 Steps up from ground floor to first floor small landing, with a hand rail on the right and a turn. From small landing there are 2 steps up to the left to the bathroom and alternative living area,and 1 step up to the right to the main first floor landing and access to 2 bedrooms. 13 Steps up from first floor to second floor with a hand rail on the right and a turn. Lip into second floor bedrooms. From second floor wetroom, 2 steps up and a lip to courtyard area and 1 step down to seating.

FLOORING: Tile flooring in lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. Wood flooring on stairs, landings and bedrooms. Rugs throughout.

BEDROOMS: Bunk beds in second floor bedroom. Sloping ceilings in bedrooms but this does not effect headroom.


BATHROOMS: Bath with handheld shower on taps in first floor bathroom. Wetroom on second floor.

LIVING AREA: Shutters to windows in lounge and log burner fire.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: 2 Private courtyard areas. Top courtyard accessed via wetroom has seating.

St Ives

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
