This 2 floor apartment has been finished to a high standard and is decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style. The property is situated just a few minutes walk from the town and also benefits from having a parking space and an outside area.

Entrance through communal hallway into Lounge with Smart TV & Blu-ray/DVD player and Music system with iPod docking station. Cloakroom with wash basin and wc. Kitchen/Diner with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and door to small outside area. Stairs to Bedroom with 5ft bed, travel cot and door to narrow balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Bedroom with 3ft bed over 4ft 6ins bed. BEDROOMS:The bunk beds consist of a single bunk on top and a double underneath, access only from one side. There is a fixed ladder

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
