This light and airy 2 floor apartment is part of a development just a few minutes walk from the town. The property is deceptively spacious and benefits from having a parking space and an outside area.

Entrance into communal hallway then into Lounge with TV/DVD player. Cloakroom with wash basin and wc. Kitchen/Diner with Fridge/Freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave and door to small outside area with storage container for beach items. Stairs to Bedroom with King Size bed, travel cot and door to narrow balcony. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.25 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in the shared courtyard. Space number 5. Property is accessed via communal hallway.

PARKING: Allocated parking outside the property.

The property is accessed via a shared, paved forecourt. 

There are no steps to access the property. Parking is in space 5 along the wall in the forecourt.


The internal stairs curve part way up. There is a handrail on the right hand side.

The flooring on the Ground Floor is wood throughout.  The stairs/landing and bedrooms are short pile carpet. The bathroom flooring is lino. There is a rug in the lounge.

No restricted access around beds.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Duvets and Pillows are all synthetic.

There is a shower over the bath which has a moveable shower screen.

The living area has cord pull blinds.

There is a small, private outside area to the rear of the property  with storage for beach items.

CHILD EQUIPMENT: Travel Cot provided in the property (no linen supplied).

PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs



Would highly recommend this property and St Ives Holidays. The apartment was extremely clean, near to sea front and shops.
