Fishbones is a delightful, listed cottage in the heart of St Ives. Build in 1517 the cottage has recently been updated but has still kept its original charm and benefits from an enclosed courtyard.
From the front door you enter into the cosy lounge with comfortable seating, TV/DVD with Sky Q package (except Sports) and a wall mounted electric fire. The kitchen is fitted with an electric double oven and hob, washer/drier, fridge, microwave and looks over the pretty courtyard. Private, gated, courtyard garden, accessed via a shared area, has seating and a BBQ providing a pleasant, secure outside area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a 4ft 6in double bed and the other has a 4ft bed with a 3ft single bunk bed above. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash basin.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 small dog accepted all year round, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.

A Tarmac narrow road runs straight to the front of the property. The road is narrow and so there is limited room for opening car doors. Large cars may struggle with corners.
There is a slight slope and small threshold to front door that is set at an angle from the street.
The property is a traditional cottage with deep steps that include a 90 degree turn. A handrail is provided to the right as you walk up the stairs.
