This quaint cottage is situated in a quiet pedestrian lane off The Stennack. The property retains much of its character and has an outside sitting area and parking for one car.

Entrance from parking area down 18 steps from Trelawney Road into Kitchen with Electric oven and hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave and washing machine. Door to rear entrance through Sandows Lane. Lounge/Dining room with Gas fire, Combi TV and DVD player. First floor: Two bedrooms with 3ft beds. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and a glimpse of the sea. Shower room with cubicle, wash basin, wc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 small dogs allowed, £20 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.4 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.
