Entrance through front door into hallway area with staircase. The door on your right leads into the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The large kitchen area has a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar. The dining area has a dining table with six chairs, two seater sofa and sliding doors to the side of the property. The lounge area has two sofas, coffee table, Smart TV and sliding doors to the enclosed garden. There is also a handy cloakroom on the ground floor with basin and WC.

Stairs lead up to the first floor landing. Bedroom 1 with 5ft kingsize bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobe, armchair, garden view. En-suite with walk-in shower, heated towel-rail, basin and WC.
