A sleek apartment boasting blissful coastal vistas and perfectly placed for soaking up the eclectic buzz of St Ives. Sink onto a beanbag and drink in the ocean views peeking above the rooftops of St Ives before strolling down to the harbour (200 metres) to indulge in an al fresco waterfront brunch.

This light-flooded property features a tasteful beach interior with soft blue accent colours, clean lines, and beautifully bright social spaces. Ascend the elegant spiral staircase and step into the double-height kitchen/diner. Potter in the spacious handless kitchen and rustle up a post-adventure spread then pop a bottle of bubbly. Settle around the wooden dining table for a celebratory feast bathed in the light of the large windows. Venturing upstairs to the mezzanine level, discover a cosy lounge area with squishy beanbags nestled by the arched windows – a perfect spot for unwinding with a nightcap. There is also a handy sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest. Retire to the comfortable double bedroom on the main floor styled in calming blue tones. Outside, bask in the abundance of breathtaking sandy beaches and rugged coastal paths on your doorstep.

While away sun-soaked afternoons wading through the warm waves lapping ashore at Porthminster Beach (500 metres) then tuck into a fresh seafood platter perched at the chic beach cafe. Sample a selection of local Cornish lagers at the nautical-style watering hole nestled in the heart of St Ives (500 metres) then drink in glimmering ocean views as you amble along the coastal path toward Hawkes Point (2 miles).

When we arrived at the property there was 2 black bag full of rubbish left in the property which had a horrible smell. There was no bins outside of the property or any instructions to tell us where to dispose of any waste. Saucepans & frying pan was not clean properly & had to be washed before use.

1. Could do with a small comfortable seat in the kitchen aria. As in hot wether its a cooler aria to sit, as the upstairs is very hot . 2. There could Be some more information on how to separate and dispose of both waist, and reciclables. As we had trouble finding how to resicle , where to dispose of it. This dosent detract from the apartmentRead more. its a lovely place to stay, and we would book again. These two issues above are sanestions . Briliant location stayed last year thats why we booked again but not as clean this year
