Entrance via the main road to the first floor. Spiral staircase leads you to the second floor comprising a kitchen/ diner with microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, washer/drier. Off the kitchen there is a double bedroom (4’6”) with built in wardrobes and freeview TV. Also on the first floor is the shower room with shower, basin and wc. A second spiral staircase leads to the third floor mezzanine with modern bed settee, chest of drawers, coffee table, freeview TV and rooftop sea views.

Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (no room for a cot). Apartment is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase and is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. One well behaved pet welcome (£25 per week charge applies).
