Located in the centre of St Ives, Jollies is a modern one bedroom apartment with sea views from the third floor mezzanine. All local amenities are within a short walk from the property, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore all that St Ives has to offer on foot.

Entrance via the main road to the first floor. Spiral staircase leads you to the second floor comprising a kitchen/ diner with microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, washer/drier. Off the kitchen there is a double bedroom (4’6”) with built in wardrobes and freeview TV. Also on the first floor is the shower room with shower, basin and wc. A second spiral staircase leads to the third floor mezzanine with modern bed settee, chest of drawers, coffee table, freeview TV and rooftop sea views.

Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (no room for a cot). Apartment is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase and is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. One well behaved pet welcome (£25 per week charge applies).

The apartment is very well located in town with nice views of the harbour and church from the mezzanine, a lovely place to sit on the bean bags with a coffee and brunch watching the world go by. The bed was comfy and the apartment is well designed and uncluttered.
