This large family house is situated on the edge of the town centre, approximately 5 minutes walk to the harbour front. It has been tastefully furnished and well equipped and has a garden to the front and a small secure rear courtyard.

Entrance up 3 steps from street level through garden to Ground Floor: Lounge with TV, DVD player. Dining room with hifi. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer and microwave. Shower room including wc. Small rear courtyard with door to Wesley Place. First Floor: Bathroom with hand held shower over bath, separate walk in shower, wash basin and wc. Separate wc. Bedroom with 5ft bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels and provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Restaurant: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

PROPERTY NAME: 3 North Terrace

PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION:  Granite, brick and slate.

PARKING: No allocated parking. Nearest car park is Park Avenue Car Park or Trenwith 1000 Space Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Nearest unloading point is outside the property which is a tarmac road with pedestrian pavement. There is a paved pathway through the front garden leading to the entrance to the house. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There is a gate and 4 steps from the road level to the front door.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: There is an angled staircase from the ground floor to the first floor landing. Bathroom is at a slightly lower level to the bedrooms.

FLOORING: There are carpets in the living area and bedrooms. The dining area has wooden floor. The Kitchen has wood flooring. There are rugs in the double bedroom and bathroom.

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access to all beds. The bunk beds have a fixed ladder.

BATHROOMS:  In the main bathroom there is a bath with grab rails and hand held shower plus separate walk-in shower and wc. Shower room on ground floor has a shower cubicle and wc. One step over shower tray to enter.

LIVING AREA: Blinds in living area and bathroom. Additional curtains in two main bedrooms. Fireplace in living area for decorative purposes only

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Private decked area, with furniture in front garden off paved area. Small private courtyard to rear of property, also with furniture. Door leading to Wesley Place. Slight step up onto raised area.
