Reviews

This property was perfectly located and as described and shown in the pictures on the site, very easy to find when arriving. I would say considering the time between check out and check in and also the price paid, we expected the property to be cleaner, the floors did not appear to have been sufficiently hoovered, as after kneeling on the floor upstairs I rose with fluff and dirt on my knees. I would like to bring attention to a leak in the bathroom, water was appearing on the floor beneath the basin after turning on the taps to wash hands etc. Upon wiping the water up it showed that the bathroom floor was also dirty. There were also visible cobwebs that would have been easily cleaned within the 6 hour window between check out and in times, just what I personally expect when paying £270.00 per night for accommodation. I would say that in future I will take into consideration such a late check in time and this will effect the accommodation that I book.

Miss Crystal B,

The only negative is the mattress and pillows are too soft and rhe sofa is uncomfortable.

Mrs Susan H,

Little Courtyard is a delightful taste of old style traditional living but with 21st century convenience. Everything from bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and appliances was first class and the standard of cleanliness superb. We loved our time staying here and have already booked a further 14 night stay in September. The location in the centre of St Ives old quarter is absolutely superb, literally two minutes walk to everything you could want. Highly recommended.

Mr P,

Location

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. You could lose yourself for hours in the charming cobbled streets which are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries, top notch restaurants and welcoming local pubs- a real treasure trove just waiting to be explored!

St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.

So what are you waiting for? Why not discover what St Ives is all about today!
