Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and sea view. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds joined as King size or can be separated. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Complimentary cream tea for guests on arrival.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Nearest drop off point is in Fore Street which is a cobbled street. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended.

There is 1 step up from the cobbled street to the external front door of the block. 12 stairs up to front door of flat. A further 13 steps to main living area of the flat. There are handrails on the right  hand side of both flights of stairs.
