This centrally positioned comfortable and well equipped second floor apartment enjoys panoramic views over the harbour and St Ives bay, with easy level access to all beaches and just 30 yards from the harbour. It is set in quaint Fore Street amongst its many shops and restaurants.
Entrance from street level up 24 steps. Lounge/Diner, 25 feet long with double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo and sliding patio doors leading onto a balcony and terrace with stunning sea views. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and sea view. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds joined as King size or can be separated. Location
St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
