Description

Chy Splander is a traditional cottage located in the centre of town but in a quiet pedestrian lane close to all amenities.

Enter into the Kitchen/Dining Area which has a Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave and TV with games connection. The stairs lead to the first floor Lounge with TV/DVD Player and CD/Radio. Also on this floor is the Bathroom which has a Bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Steep, narrow stairs from the Lounge lead to the second floor which has two bedrooms, one has a 4ft 6in bed and vanity unit and the other has 2ft 6in Bunk Beds. There is a sea view over the rooftops from the top floor landing.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Highchair and stairgate provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children due to 2ft 6in bunk beds.
