Centrally located in the heart of town, Flat 5 provides cosy, compact and comfortable accommodation for a family that likes to explore the beautiful beaches and coastal walks on offer.

There are 33 steps from the communal entrance off 'Market Place'. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with 'L' shaped sofa has a TV/DVD combi, electric oven, hob, fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a 4ft 6in bed and the other has 2 x 3ft singles. The shower room comprises of a shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No WiFi. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies. This is a second floor apartment reached by two flights of stairs from a communal entrance. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Location

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
