55 Bedford Road is a comfortable two-bedroom house situated near the town centre with approximately a five-minute walk to the harbour. Porthmeor, Porthgwidden and Porthminster beaches and the Tate Gallery are all within easy walking distance. The property has been well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It has the added advantage of a garage at ground level with parking for one large and one medium sized car.
Ground floor hallway with door to garage with utility area including washing machine and stairs leading to first floor. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, TV. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, radiator and WC. Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. Stairs leading to second floor kitchen/dining room with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Lounge area with two sofas and Smart TV and DVD player. Beach equipment can be found in the garage.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas-fired central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
