Porthmeor, Porthgwidden and Porthminster beaches and the Tate Gallery are all within easy walking distance. The property has been well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It has the added advantage of a garage at ground level with parking for one large and one medium sized car.

Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, radiator and WC. Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. Stairs leading to second floor kitchen/dining room with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Lounge area with two sofas and Smart TV and DVD player. Beach equipment can be found in the garage. 

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Gas-fired central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.
