Arghanti means Bank in Cornish, the apartment retaining some of the original Bank features of high ceilings and sash windows. Offering sea views located brilliantly with shops, restaurants and the harbour just a few steps away.

From the street there are a few steps to enter the communal hallway. A staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment. Off the hallway are two bedrooms. The Double bedroom has a 5ft bed and an ensuite with walk in shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. The Twin bedroom has two 3ft beds. Also on this floor is a family bathroom which has a wash basin, wc, heated towel rail and bath with mixer shower. A further staircase leads to the spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen area with Electric Oven/grill, Electric hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher, TV, DVD Player, DAB radio and ipod dock.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

PARKING: In line parking for 2 cars at Channel View

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From drop off point there is a gate then 2 steps leading up to the external front door. One threshold step at the door.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Shared hallway with Flat 2. There are 11 steps, then another small step leading up to the property entrance. Split handrail on the right handside.


STAIRS/STEP: From the first level there is an angled staircase. 6 steps onto large tred with 1 step then a further 9 steps leading round to 2 more steps into spacious living/kitchen dining area.

FLOORING: The hallway and living/dining area is lino, tiled floor in the kitchen and bathrooms and carpetted stairs and bedrooms.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the double bed. Beds accessed from one side only in the twin bedroom.


Shower cubicle in ensuite with a fixed curved shower screen. Main bathroom has a deep bath.
