Arghanti means Bank in Cornish, the apartment retaining some of the original Bank features of high ceilings and sash windows. Offering sea views located brilliantly with shops, restaurants and the harbour just a few steps away.
From the street there are a few steps to enter the communal hallway. A staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment. Off the hallway are two bedrooms. The Double bedroom has a 5ft bed and an ensuite with walk in shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. The Twin bedroom has two 3ft beds. Also on this floor is a family bathroom which has a wash basin, wc, heated towel rail and bath with mixer shower. A further staircase leads to the spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen area with Electric Oven/grill, Electric hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher, TV, DVD Player, DAB radio and ipod dock.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Location
St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
