This traditional cottage is in the heart of St Ives and located in a quiet and hidden location. The property enjoys wonderful, panoramic sea views over the town and harbour and across to The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a private garage for guests to use, a rare find in St Ives! (please check the dimensions below) The cottage is accessed through a wrought iron gate on Dove Street along a private path. There is open plan living space on the ground floor featuring comfortable seating, dining area and a compact kitchen. Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom with a sea view as well as a second bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. The newly refurbished bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower over the bath.
Take a stroll through the town and visit the numerous independent shops and galleries, stop for lunch al fresco on the harbourside or take a wonderful train ride on the pretty St Ives branch line and enjoy the fabulous golden sands and coastal scenery. Make sure you walk to the lookout point on the Island and marvel at the spectacular views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. On a clear day you can see as far north as Trevose Head near Padstow, some 26 miles away.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi available. Mobile phone coverage varies. The courtyard for the garage is locked at night and a key will be provided on your arrival. Private garage (garage number 1 - approx 6ft 11in W x 6ft H x 15ft 9in L) in a courtyard off Dove Street which is very close to the steps which lead to the property. Please note the garage dimensions to ensure that your vehicle will fit. This is also a great, safe and lockable space for storing beach equipment, wetsuits and boards as well as pushchairs, etc. There are 34 steps leading to the property.
