A cosy peaceful character cottage in a quiet hidden location. Albert Terrace is a row of 5 cottages reached from Dove Street via a private path with 34 steps. Facing east it has superb views of the Harbour and Bay across the town. A real hideaway only 2 minutes from the shops and 5 minutes from the harbour. Attractively furnished and equipped.

Small courtyard. Entrance into the Living room with a view and imitation coal gas fire, TV and DVD player. Open plan kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower over bath and wc. Open staircase from the Living room to the First Floor. The main Bedroom has a view, King size bed and small TV. There is a 3ft bed in the Second bedroom.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, please bring your own.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Beach: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No children under 4. WiFi available. Mobile phone coverage varies. Private garage (garage number 1 - approx 6ft 11in W x 6ft H x 15ft 9in L) in a courtyard off Dove Street which is very close to the property steps which lead to the property. The courtyard is locked at night and a key will be provided on your arrival.
