Situated in Fore Street this large, well equipped three bedroomed family-friendly property has fantastic balcony views over the harbour and out to sea.  Sleeping 6/8, with secure parking in a local lock up garage, this centrally located property is perfectly positioned for all that St Ives has to offer.

From the entrance go up a flight of stairs, to this 2-storey accommodation on the First Floor. 

On the first floor there is a family bathroom a shower over the bath, basin and wc; a dining room with views across the harbour a large dining table to seat six and a TV; a well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, fridge, small freezer, washing machine and microwave; 2 bedrooms - on bedroom with a king-size bed (5ft), with bedside cabinets a wardrobe and chest of drawers; whereas the other bedroom has twin beds (ie 2 x 3ft), a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sea views.

On the second floor it has a cloakroom with a basin and wc; a sitting room with sea views, two large sofas (one can be made into a sofa bed), two armchairs, TV, DVD, music system, chaise longue, wine fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; access to a patio/paved area with garden furniture and views over the harbour; a 3rd bedroom with a king-size bed (5 ft), bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

One car parking space in Digey garage (with limited headroom - max height 6ft 8 inches).  Dimensions: 2m x L 5.15m x W 2.04m.  Only a 5 minute walk away from property.  Not suitable for vans, or large vehicles.
