Furnished to a high standard and arranged over three floors, it is ideally situated in the heart of St Ives - just minutes from the local shops, pubs, cafes, bistros and harbour. Iconic views of the harbour can be admired from the spacious second floor bedroom. Ideal for a family enjoy a relaxing holiday, Coasters House has three en-suite bedrooms and open plan living area.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Dining: Wall mounted TV, CD/MP3 player/radio, electric woodburner effect fire, built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, (washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge/freezer in the cellar, accessed through hatch in the lounge area down stone steps).

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 2:
Double bed (4'6''), chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, chair, sea glimpse, views of the church and tropical gardens. En Suite Wet Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.
Bedroom 3:
Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, TV, sea glimpse, views of the church and tropical gardens. En Suite Shower Room: Dual aspect thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King size bed (5'), bedside units, open walk-in wardrobe with chest of drawers, TV,  dramatic views of St Ives harbour and beach. En Suite Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c. Bedroom 4 (accessed through Bedroom 1): Single Bed (3'), chest of drawers, wall mounted TV.

GARDEN & PARKING:
No garden or parking, parking available in the public car parks in St Ives. It is possible to drive up to the front door to unload. 

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - depature - 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Travel cot; other equipment not provided so please bring your own.
Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: 0.1 ml. Beach: Less than a minute's walk.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. While there are beds for 7, there must not be more than 6 occupants at a time.

WARNING: There is a cellar in the property, which is accessed via a large hinged door in the living area. The washing machine and storage for wet suits and surf boards is available here. Great care to be taken is accessing this area. Children should not be left unaccompanied when the cellar is being used. Please note also that the stairs are relatively steep at the lower level and with some limited head height so care should be taken.
