Westcott House is located brilliantly, close to St Ives Arts Club and overlooking Westcotts Quay. The property benefits from a pretty enclosed patio area at the rear.

Set over two floors, this upside down house makes the most of the stunning sea views overlooking Westcotts Quay. The open plan loft style lounge/ diner is spaciously light and airy, with 42" Smart TV/DVD player, Apple TV, Bluetooth enabled music player with iPod connector and sofa bed (4'6). Three bedrooms; one King size bed and two Twin rooms. Boasting a location that’s just a stone’s throw away from the harbour and town centre offering many independent eateries, bars, shops, ancient pubs and St. Ives Tate Gallery. Nearby is Porthminster beach, a stunning stretch of sand popular with swimmers and surfers alike. Westcott House is well equipped and attractively furnished, the perfect home to explore this unspoilt area of Cornwall. 

Access is via six spaced-out steps along a sloping passageway that leads to the patio, three steps up to the front door.

Changeover Day: Friday arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent, central heating.
Garden and Parking: Patio, table and seating, outside tap with shower attachment, toy box. Parking not provided the nearest public car park is The Station, 0.3mls away.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
