This Grade ll Listed fisherman's cottage on the seaward side of The Warren is built on the rocks at the water's edge. Set in a prime position between the Harbour and Porthminster beach, it has excellent views of the Harbour and bay to Godrevy and beyond. It is furnished and equipped in traditional style and retains many original features, with granite walls, beamed ceilings, fireplaces and a Cornish Range (Decorative use only).
Traditional style Kitchen/dining room with limited work surfaces, dresser, 2-ring Baby Belling electric cooker, Belfast sink, small table top fridge and microwave. Four steps down to Lounge with sea views, ships beam roof pillar, TV and DVD player. From Kitchen, stairs to Bedroom with sea views and original metal frame brass bed with 4ft 6in mattress. Bedroom with 3ft bed. Bathroom including footed bath with shower over, wash basin and wc.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Cafe: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No WiFi. Mobile phone coverage varies. Nearest parking is at the Station Car Park close by.
