Right on the water's edge, this quaint Grade II listed fisherman's cottage is just a few minutes walk from the shops, harbour and beaches. The cottage has stunning, uninterrupted sea and harbour views upstairs and downstairs, and from its own private balcony. The open plan interior is full of charm and character, with exposed granite walls and beams.

Ground floor - Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and fridge. Integral lounge with TV, DVD player and CD player. Door to balcony with harbour and bay views and storage cupboard with washer/drier. First floor - Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and archway through to shower cubicle and wash basin. Step down to sitting area with sea views and 4ft studio couch. Separate wc off the sitting area (down 2 steps).

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. Adults only.
