Situated below Sunnyside this comfortable, modern ground floor apartment is the perfect base to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer from the great restaurants to the beautiful beaches.
From the three steps to the front door you enter the kitchen/lounge/diner which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and TV. Off the lounge is the bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and TV and DVD player. The shower room has a basin, wc, shower cubicle and utility area with washing machine.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £20 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This was our second time staying at Sundown it’s perfect for a couple with a dog - very comfortable, convenient and central.
