Hidden away in a quiet court off St Andrews Street this first and second floor apartment, within the former Old Parish School, is approximately 50 yards from the sea at Pednolva Walk and close to the harbour and shops. It is attractively furnished and approached through the residents' private courtyard and up the steps to the first floor entrance.

Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/drier and TV. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds and 1 x 3ft bed. Shower room including wash basin and wc. Open staircase (may not be suitable for young children though a stairgate is provided) to L-shaped balcony Lounge with TV, DVD player and CD player/hi-fi.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stairgate provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Open staircase and so may not be suitable for young children. Parking for 1 car adjacent to Redfern Court.

Open tread staircase between ground and first floor. Handrail on the left of the 13 stairs.

There is laminate flooring in the dining area and through to the bedrooms. Bathroom and Kitchen have tiled floors. Wooden flooring in first floor living area. 1 rug next to the dining table. 1 rug in the living room between the sofas.

Bunk beds have a fixed ladder.

Curved shower cubicle with sliding doors. One step over shower tray to enter shower.

Cord pull blinds in some windows. Curtains in double bedroom.

Very well situated. Near the harbour but back from the streets so very quiet. Comfortable rooms although bunk bedroom had very little storage for clothes and no bed side lamp. Good parking space outside. Kitchen very well equipped. Steps up to property quite tricky when dark and wet. Having said all this, we (two lady friends who regularly visit St Ives) enjoyed staying at this property
