Hidden away in a quiet court off St Andrews Street this first and second floor apartment, within the former Old Parish School, is approximately 50 yards from the sea at Pednolva Walk and close to the harbour and shops. It is attractively furnished and approached through the residents' private courtyard and up the steps to the first floor entrance.

Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/drier and TV. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds and 1 x 3ft bed. Shower room including wash basin and wc. Open staircase (may not be suitable for young children though a stairgate is provided) to L-shaped balcony Lounge with TV, DVD player and CD player/hi-fi.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stairgate provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
