3 Redfern Court is conveniently located in a quite traffic free area of central St Ives. Only a minutes walk from the harbour and the centre of the town, you can enjoy dipping in and out of bustling St Ives with plenty of independents shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries to choose from. This well equipped property makes a great base for a family holiday and is within walking distance a several popular beaches. 

Please note there are 8 stone steps at the courtyard entrance. Lounge/Diner with sofa and two easy chairs, TV, freeview, DVD, dining table and chairs. Kitchen with hob and oven, fridge and washing machine. This property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (4'6"), the other with two single (3') bunk beds, both with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin, w.c.

There is no parking with this property. The nearest council pay & display car park is at St Ives Station.
