Perched high above the Granite and Blue elvin rocks and on the waters edge Dolphin is a compact, well equipped, second floor apartment that commands stunning views of the town and harbour. With beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants nearly on your door step it's a great base to explore everything St Ives has to offer.
Two flights of stairs in the communal hallway take you up to the top floor and entrance to Dolphin. On entering the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner the first thing you see is the magnificent far reaching views of the Harbour, town and across to Hayle towans and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a TV, DVD player, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. In the light and airy bedroom is a 4ft 6in and the en-suite comprises of a Shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Fantastic location…extremely handy for the railway station and five minutes from the beach. This property has one of the best views in St.Ives!
This is a great little property with such a brilliant view that you don’t notice anything else! We just sat at the window staring out as the moods changed over St Ives harbour. The apartment was comfortable and warm. The bed was comfortable albeit small. The apartment is well situated for exploring St Ives. We recommend booking a car parking space.
This property has the best view and location in St Ives! Would have no hesitation in booking this again.
The Dolphin apartment at 3 Crab Rock was in a brilliant location, very handy for the beach, St Ives shops and the railway station. It was cosy and comfortable with amazing sea views from the large lounge diner windows.
Very clean and modern Close to harbour outstanding views of St ives Bay would definitely recommend this property.
