Description

This spacious and attractive maisonette is situated near the water's edge only a few yards from the beaches and the main shopping area, overlooking Pednolva Walk. The accommodation has been tastefully modernised to a high standard with features including beamed ceilings, granite walls and mainly wooden floors. There is a commanding view from the lounge and from the double bedroom which also has a small balcony.

From the ground floor entrance there is a flight of stairs up to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has a 5ft bed and great views over the bay and also allows access through a casement window (3ft 5in high) onto a small balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. There are 2 x 3ft beds in the second bedroom which overlooks St Andrews Street. The bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over, wc, and wash basin. On the second floor is the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with high beamed ceilings and superb views of the bay, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washer/drier, TV, DVD player and an attractive gas-fired coal effect stove for those chilly winter evenings.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: Driftwood Loft.

PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest car park is the Train Station car park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Nearest point to unload is in St Andrews Street directly outside the property. Do not leave your vehicle unattended. This road has a tarmac surface.

PROPERTY ACCESS: One step up to the front door from unloading point.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: From the entrance hallway there are 10 steps to the first floor with a handrail on the right. There are a further 11 steps to the second floor with a handrail on the right.

FLOORING: The entrance hallway, stairs, lounge, kitchen and bedrooms all have carpet flooring. Kitchen and lounge area have wooden flooring with a rug in each area. Bathroom has lino flooring.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around master bed. Access down the middle of the twin beds only.
