With spectacular, panoramic views around St Ives Bay, Coastguard Cottages are situated in an elevated position above the town but just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops which St Ives has to offer. Trehayes Haven offers comfortable, well equipped accommodation.
Pedestrian access from Trelyon Avenue. Hallway leading to the Kitchen which has an Electric Oven and Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Drier and Microwave. Separate Dining Room. Lounge with TV/DVD Player and panoramic views over Porthminster Beach and around the Bay. The Main Bedroom has a 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes and spectacular views around the Bay. Ensuite with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2 x 3ft zip and link beds which can be joined to make a 6ft double (please advise on booking if double configuration is required). The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Outside area below in Main courtyard with furniture and drying area. Private, steep 1 acre field to front of property for use of tenants of Trehayes Haven and Am Meer only (children to be supervised at all times) with benches to enjoy the magnificent views over the town.
Trehayes Haven can be let in conjunction with Am Meer to provide accommodation for 8 people.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. 4 Steps to the front door. On site parking for 2 cars side by side easily accessed from Trelyon Avenue.

A great space perfect for a young family of four- lovely attention to detail with the loo seat and bath toys! The views from all windows just breath taking and the garden very well maintained
