Located in an elevated position with communal gardens and stunning sea views over St Ives Bay to Godrevy and beyond, this 2 bedroom, second floor apartment is a perfect haven for a family or couples holiday. Rosemorran Apartments boasts a wonderfully tranquil and well kept communal garden and also benefits from a private allocated parking . It is perfectly located to explore the golden sand beaches and the turquoise waters, the art galleries,shops, restaurants and bars that makes St Ives a magical destination.
From the communal hall there are 34 stairs to the flat. The lounge/kitchen/dining area has electric oven with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, TV/DVD Player and French windows giving lovely sea views across the bay. A half landing with 3 steps takes you through to two ensuite bedrooms. The twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds, TV/DVD Player and ensuite with shower cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. In the double room is a 4ft 6in bed, TV/DVD Player and ensuite with shower cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. There are pretty communal gardens and a patio with table and chairs to enjoy the Summer evenings.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.

Location
St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
