Situated on The Porthminster side of town, Oceanis is a modern, light and airy Ground Floor apartment finished to a high standard. There is a sea view from the bay window of the lounge and it is just a few minutes walk to the town, beaches, bus and train station.

There is level access to the communal entrance. The hallway leads to the Lounge/Kitchen and Dining Area which has a sea view from the bay window, TV and DVD Player. The Kitchen is equipped with an Electric Oven with ceramic Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer/Drier and Microwave. Off the hallway is a Twin Bedroom with zip and link beds which can be joined to make a King Size Double (please advise on booking if you require the Double configuration). Bathroom with shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Further bedroom with a Double Bed and Ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is secure garage parking for 1 car.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in garage door height 6ft5, width 9ft - access to the garage is limited and may be difficult for larger vehicles. This is due to cars parking opposite the garage and the turning circle being reduced.

PARKING: Parking for 1 car in garage on-site. Door height 6ft5, width 9ft

ACCESS TO PROPERTY:  From the garage there is a tarmac road which follows around to the right which leads to the exterior front door. Key for garage is located in the property.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 2 steps leading up to the exterior front door which leads into a communal hallway.


STAIRS/STEPS: The property is level throughout.

FLOORING: Wooden flooring from hallway into the lounge/kitchen/diner. There is carpet in both bedrooms and lino in the bathrooms.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the bed in the main bedroom. Access down the middle of the twin beds only. Zip link option available in this bedroom to make 1x5ft bed. Please request upon booking if this is required.


BATHROOMS: The main bathroom is a shower over bath with a folding glass screen. The ensuite has a shower cubicle with a shower curtain.

LIVING AREA:  Cord pull/twist and turn blinds to windows.
