Oceans Vista is a lovely ground floor apartment in a grand terrace above Porthminster Beach in St Ives, it benefits from the most magnificent views across the beach, the harbour and out to sea towards Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The accommodation has spectacular ocean views from the picture window in the living area. It is comfortably furnished and equipped and has hardwood flooring in the living areas. The property also has the advantage of an allocated parking space in Primrose Valley close by.
The entrance to the building is via 10 granite steps with a handrail, to the front of Draycott Terrace. The apartment is then on the ground floor of the building.
Living/kitchen/dining area: The living area has high ceilings, fabulous views across the harbour and ocean with two comfortable chairs in which to sit and gaze out to sea, there is also a sofa, a Smart TV and fireplace with log effect gas fire. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, along with a washing machine. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: King size bed with ample wardrobe space
Bedroom 2: 2ft 6” x 6ft Bunk beds, bedside table with lamp and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Including shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas central heating and gas fire.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Parking: Reserved parking for 1 car in a private car park located at the bottom of Primrose Valley (approximately 250 metres from the property), down a steep hill.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location. The views are incredible and we loved being there. The two comfy chairs by the window are the place to be. It’s quiet and safe and all of the facilities were good.
The views from this property are fabulous. The furnishings and decor are good. The location is good- a short walk into town.
Location is everything - sitting in the bay window watching the bay and harbour was beautiful, even on a showery blustery day. Lounge/diner/kitchen a lovely light room. Heating excellent. Bathroom basic but clean, bedroom basic and comfortable, also beautifully quiet during our visit.
