This modern, attractive, ground floor apartment is situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives and is within easy walking distance of both the bus and train stations and the golden sands of Porthminster Beach. With the South West Coast path also just a few minutes away it makes number 10 a great base to explore everything St Ives has to offer.

The well equipped open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and DVD player. PARKING: There is a parking space off Dinas-Ia Road, which the owner has allocated to herself. About 3 minutes, mostly level, walk from the property.
