This modern, attractive, ground floor apartment is situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives and is within easy walking distance of both the bus and train stations and the golden sands of Porthminster Beach. With the South West Coast path also just a few minutes away it makes number 10 a great base to explore everything St Ives has to offer.

The well equipped open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and DVD player. Off the lounge is the bedroom which has a 4ft 6in bed and a TV. In the en-suite bathroom is a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail and a cupboard housing a washer/drier. Outside is a communal courtyard where you could sit and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

PROPERTY NAME: 10 Lyonesse Apartments


PARKING: There is a parking space off Dinas-Ia Road, which the owner has allocated to herself. About 3 minutes, mostly level, walk from the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac and Paving.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 2 Steps up from street level to front of property, or 10 steps down from car park area at the rear (please note the parking for number 10 is off Dinas-Ia Road, not at the rear of Lyonesse).


STAIRS/STEPS: There are no internal stairs.

FLOORING: The apartment is carpeted throughout with the exception of the kitchen area which is lino. The bathroom floor is tiled. There is a large rug in the lounge area.

BEDROOM: The bedroom is fairly small/restricted but has reasonable access around the bed with no height restriction.


BATHROOMS: Shower type: Over bath with glass shower screen

LIVING AREA: Living area has pull cord blinds to the windows.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Small outside area with table and chairs.
