This light and airy first floor apartment is situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives. The apartment has a superb view to Hayle Towans around to The Harbour. Also included are an outside secure storage cupboard for beach items and a whirlpool bath.

Entrance along the right hand side of the building and up some steps into a communal hallway. Enter into apartment hallway with washer/drier cupboard, Bedroom with King size bed, sea glimpses, TV, hairdryer and ensuite shower room with wc, wash basin, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, sea views and TV with DVD player, hairdryer. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Kitchen/Dining/Living area with Electric oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. Smart TV with DVD player.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No children under 6. No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking for 1 car to the rear of property in the communal parking area (approx 1.9 metres wide).

PROPERTY NAME: 4 Lyonesse Apartment


PARKING: Allocated space at rear of property marked No.4

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: 12 steps down from parking area leading to left hand side of building. From the front of property there is a gate then 3 steps up leading round the right hand side of the building. There are no handrails for these steps.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 16 steps leading up to the external front door then a further 3 steps in the communal hallway. 1 small threshold step to enter the property. Handrails are provided on both sides of these steps.


STAIRS/STEPS: No internal steps once inside the property.

FLOORING: The property is carpetted throughout except the kitchen which has lino and the bathrooms have tiled floors.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the double bed. Access one side only for single beds in twin room.


BATHROOMS: The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a seperate shower cubicle with a sliding door and step up to enter. The ensuite has a shower cubicle with a sliding door and step up to enter.

LIVING AREA: Slatted blinds on all windows with pull cords for opening and closing. Bedrooms have shutters.

A high standard of cleanliness and kitchen equipment, comfortable beds, great views from the main lounge, within 5 minutes walk to Porthminster beach, a bit of a steep staircase to the beach itself but worth the effort, probably the best beach around St Ives.

Absolutely first class accommodation. We couldn't believe the standard of equipment, furnishings and the luxury of 2 lovely bathrooms. Everything is of a very high standard and by far the best self catering apartment we have ever stayed in. It's situation and wonderful sea views just the icing on the cake! A real home from home and didn't want to leave! Wonderful value for money for the standards it sets.
