With views across St Ives bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse this modern, well equipped apartment is perfectly situated for you to discover the vibrant harbour and town with its many eateries, shops and galleries and offers you a true St Ives experience.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, radio/CD player and views across the bay. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and the bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Although the apartment is on the first floor the entrance is at the higher, rear of the property making it a level entrance from the parking area.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: Adults only. No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking for 1 car to the rear of property in the communal parking area (1.8 metres wide approx).

PARKING: Designated parking space at the rear of the property (1.8 metres wide)

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: The property is accessed just a few yards from the tarmac parking area

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are two steps on the tarmac access then one threshold step into the property.


STAIRS/STEPS:  The property is level throughout.

FLOORING: The main living area and bedroom has carpet flooring. There is a tiled floor in the bathroom and lino flooring in the kitchen.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the bed.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Duvet and pillows are synthetic.

BATHROOMS: There is a shower over the bath which has a moveable shower screen

LIVING AREA: There are curtains to most windows with one blind in the living area.



PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs
