PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION: First floor apartment in terraced granite house.

PARKING: Allocated space located in Primrose Valley

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the main road, left turn down a steep tarmac slope onto Draycott Terrace. Nearest drop off point directly out side front of property.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From street level there are 10 steps with a handrail on the left up to the external front door into a communal hallway. There are then 12 steps onto a half landing leading round to the right up 7 more steps. There is a handrail on the right.


STAIRS/STEPS: There is a small threshold step out onto the balcony.

FLOORING: Laminate flooring throughout the property and a tiled bathroom. There a rugs in places in all rooms.

BEDROOMS: Bed arrangement in twin bedroom only leaves a very narrow gap between the beds.
