Having fantastic views of Porthminster Beach, Hayle Towans and beyond to Godrevy Lighthouse this apartment is in an ideal location to sit and relax all year round. The scenic St Ives Branch line, shops and restaurants are all just a short walk away.
The comfortable open plan lounge/kitchen/diner consists of a 2 ring ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave. In the lounge area is a TV and DVD player, Hi-Fi and large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and 2 x 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. The apartment also benefits from a coin operated communal laundry room.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Wall heaters in lounge and bedroom, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
