Situated just steps from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the harbour front, 3 Lower Saltings has been comfortably furnished, is well equipped and the ideal bolthole for those looking to take in all the town has to offer.

Set in a shared courtyard, the apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area  has a Smart TV. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and a stable door which gives access to the shared courtyard. In the wet room is a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and a handy wetsuit drying area.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac slipway leading down to gated entrance through to cobbled coutyard.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From street level there are 2 steps down into the property.


STAIRS/STEPS: The property is all on the level.

FLOORING: There is carpet in the living/dining area and the bedroom. The floors in the kitchen and wet room are tiled.

BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around the bed.


BATHROOMS: This property has a wet room. There is a fixed glass shower screen.

LIVING AREA: Twist and turn blinds on the windows with pull cords.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: There is a communal courtyard with room for seating outside the property.

I have stayed at this property in the past and hope to again in the future. It is in an ideal location just metres from Porthmeor beach and is close to the harbour. The standard of cleanliness and comfort is very good and Wi-Fi has been installed since I last stayed there. This is a great property for a single person or a couple.

The beach location is definitely a plus factor. Parking was extremely probmatical including loading and unloading luggage. Signage indicating the location of the property would be helpful as it is not apparent from the street where the property is actually situated. You have to enter a gated court yard for access. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. To improve further WiFi would be most helpful and valuable.
