Description

Situated in a shared courtyard and just feet from the golden sands of Porthmeor beach this converted fish cellar offers great accommodation for a family holiday all year round.

From the courtyard a stable door takes you into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a well equipped kitchen including electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, washer drier and ice maker. In the lounge is a double sofa bed, Apple TV, Sonos speaker and windows to both the courtyard and beach slipway. In the main bathroom is a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, 3ft bed and TV. Stairs take you up to the 1st floor second bathroom which comprises of a shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has 3ft bunk beds and benefits from a TV.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.
