Porthmeor Court is situated in the heart of Downalong, only 20 yards from Porthmeor Beach and a few minutes walk from the Harbour. The property is beautifully presented and is well equipped.
On the ground floor is a kitchen/lounge/diner with electric oven and induction hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge. There is a TV/DVD Player in the lounge area. Stairs lead to the first floor which has a shower room with cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail, and a bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Further stairs lead to the second floor which has a bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, TV and clock radio and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels and provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Central heating.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.
Shop: 0.2 miles Pub: 0.2 miles
NOTES: No smoking, no pets. No Wifi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking space for 1 small/medium car in car port to the rear of the building (16'6" x 7' 6" x 7' 6" high approx).
