36 St Nicholas Court is a second and third floor apartment overlooking Porthmeor Beach and The Island. With a modern and recently refurbished kitchen, well maintained and decorated to a high standard, St Nicholas Court is a stunning apartment to holiday in. The apartment has undercover parking, sea views from the lounge balcony and roof top views from the double bedroom balcony. The apartment is a short walk from the local beaches, galleries, shops and restaurants.
From the car park go up two flights of stairs to this second floor entrance.
Inside this property is a kitchen area with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with icebox and dishwasher. The lounge / dining area has table and chairs, a leather sofa, a chair and foot rest, TV, freeview, Blu-ray player, some Sky TV channels and a stereo. From the lounge area there is a door that leads to bedroom 2. This bedroom has twin beds (each 2ft 6 inches), bedside cabinets, shelves and under bed storage. The patio doors off the lounge lead to the balcony with seating available. Then take the open tread stairs with handrail to the third floor, where there is: a bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and wc; bedroom 1 with a king-size bed (5'), bedside cabinets, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as
