Set over the second and third floor of the popular beachfront apartment block St Nicholas Court, this open plan apartment boasts two balconies ensuring sensational views from sunrise to sunset.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area has access to one of the two private balconies and views across the bay. The kitchen area is complete with an electric oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The living area has a small double sofa bed, TV, DVD player and hifi. Off the living area is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. An open tread staircase (may not suitable for young children) leads into the bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, TV, wash basin and en-suite WC. The bedroom also benefits from patio doors giving access to the second balcony overlooking the pretty central courtyard complete with table and chairs. Laundry room on site.

Pets Welcome: Dogs accepted from October to March, £25 per week.
Outside and Parking: Two balconies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 41 (approx. 15ft L x 6ft 6in W).

Access Statement

PROPERTY NAME: 41 St Nicholas Court


PARKING: Space number 41 in shared garage underneath the building.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Access to the property is via a tarmac road in to the parking area and then across a paved courtyard. Nearest drop off points are either on the roadside outside St Nicholas Court or from the parking space.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To access No. 41 you can either take the spiral staircase or the central staircase from the courtyard. There are 14 steps to the First floor via the spiral staircase (handrail on the left) or 17 steps via the central staircase and 1 step down at the top on to the first floor walkway. A further 16 steps to the second floor (handrail on left hand side).


STAIRS/STEPS: One flight of open stairs to first floor with a hand rail on the left.

FLOORING: Carpets throughout except kitchen and bathrooms which are tiled.

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around the beds.


BATHROOMS: Shower type: Over bath with a shower door.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was the perfect location to base yourself in St Ives! We took our 10 month old baby and it was very baby proof even with a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. The beds were very comfy and we had a great sleep. We had an issue with a missing key for a balcony and StIvesHolidays were really fast to replace it! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, lovely peaceful property filled with light. Beautiful views and an additional terrace for sunbathing in the afternoon. It was a joy to return to after a stroll around St Ives or a day on the beach. A bonus to have a car parking space and also to be able to take our dog to this property.

The apartment is very well situated in St Ives. It is light and airy and has the advantage of parking and being minutes away from beautiful Porthmeor Beach.
