ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Access to the property is via a tarmac road in to the parking area and then across a paved courtyard. Nearest drop off points are either on the roadside outside St Nicholas Court or from the parking space.

PROPERTY ACCESS: To access No. 41 you can either take the spiral staircase or the central staircase from the courtyard. There are 14 steps to the First floor via the spiral staircase (handrail on the left) or 17 steps via the central staircase and 1 step down at the top on to the first floor walkway.
