The lounge/dining area with views over the bay has a 5ft sofa bed, TV, DVD player. The main bedroom with access to the patio has a 5ft bed and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Laundry room on site.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage heaters in the lounge, kitchen and diner, wall heater in the bedroom and portable halogen.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Laundry room on site. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 48 (approx 15ft L x 6ft 8in W - access to car doors can be difficult. Please see website photographs).

ARRIVAL MUST BE BEFORE 10PM AS AT THIS TIME THE COMMUNAL GATES ARE LOCKED AND ACCESS TO THE KEY SAFE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
