This spacious, second and third floor apartment with south westerly aspect gives panoramic views over Porthmeor Beach, the Tate Gallery and town.

Off the entrance hallway is a Bedroom with 2 x 3ft zip link beds (please advise on booking if double configuration is required) and a wash basin. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Through to the open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining area which has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave. The Dining Area overlooks the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach and has a double sofa bed, radio/CD Player, TV and DVD Player.  A staircase from the dining area leads to a Studio Bedroom/Lounge which has 2 x 3ft beds, wash basin, TV and DVD Player and patio doors onto a private balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the superb views over Porthmeor Beach. Laundry room on site.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Heating is provided by convector heaters and supplementary portable heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

PARKING: Space 24 in secure garage beneath the building.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Access to property is via a tarmac road then through a gate onto a cobbled/paved walkway or through the shared garage.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From the central courtyard there are 17 steps up and 1 step down to the first floor with a handrail on both sides, then a further 15 steps up to the second floor. The walkways in between are paved.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are 14 steps inside the property between the ground and first floor with a handrail on the left.

FLOORING: There is carpet throughout the property except the kitchen and bathroom which are both tiled.

BEDROOMS: There are zip link beds in the twin bedroom on the ground floor. Access to one side or each bed only. (Beds can be linked and positioned centrally if required.) Folding table available as bedside surface if required.
