This spacious, second and third floor apartment with south westerly aspect gives panoramic views over Porthmeor Beach, the Tate Gallery and town.
Off the entrance hallway is a Bedroom with 2 x 3ft zip link beds (please advise on booking if double configuration is required) and a wash basin. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Through to the open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining area which has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave. The Dining Area overlooks the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach and has a double sofa bed, radio/CD Player, TV and DVD Player. A staircase from the dining area leads to a Studio Bedroom/Lounge which has 2 x 3ft beds, wash basin, TV and DVD Player and patio doors onto a private balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the superb views over Porthmeor Beach. Laundry room on site.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Heating is provided by convector heaters and supplementary portable heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
