This spacious first floor apartment, on one level throughout, within the very popular St Nicholas Court complex boasts fantastic views of Porthmeor beach and The Island from the lounge, main bedroom and balcony. A wonderful place to sit and relax with a glass of wine on a summers evening and take advantage of the wonderful sunsets.

There are two bedrooms, the twin bedded room which overlooks the attractive courtyard has 2 x 3ft beds, the main bedroom has a Kingsize bed, TV, a vanity unit incorporating a sink and views of the beach and Island. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, low level bath, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Laundry room on site.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric portable and heated towel rail.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.

ARRIVAL MUST BE BEFORE 10PM AS AT THIS TIME THE COMMUNAL GATES ARE LOCKED AND ACCESS TO THE KEY SAFE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
