Description

Pennies from Heaven is located on the popular Porthmeor side of town just a few minutes walk to Porthmeor Beach and St Ives town. There are panoramic views from Clodgy Point over Porthmeor Beach to the Island, Godrevy and beyond.

There is a tiered garden to the front of the property. From the porch entrance you enter a hallway leading to the Lounge which has a TV/DVD and sea views over Porthmeor Bay. The kitchen is equipped with an Electric Hob and Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen there is open access to the dining room which has a Bose music system. There is a small utility area off the kitchen which houses a Tumble Drier and has a door leading to the patio area. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Adjacent to the bathroom is a further shower room with shower cubicle, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. A half landing gives access to three bedrooms, one with twin beds and TV/DVD, a second with a King Size bed and TV/DVD and further bedroom with single bed and TV/DVD. All have far reaching views over Porthmeor Beach to the Island , Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided but may be hired locally.
