Superbly located overlooking the famous Porthmeor Beach with a balcony to enjoy the outstanding beach and sea views, No. 7 provides a perfect base from which to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer.

Ground floor: Open plan living room/kitchen with private balcony directly overlooking Porthmeor beach. Two settees, TV and DVD player, dining table, modern well equipped fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, fridge and washer drier. Open sided staircase (not suitable for very young children) to First Floor: Main bedroom overlooking the beach with 5ft divan, fitted wardrobe units and TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans and fitted cupboards/wardrobes. Bathroom with shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting. There is a coin operated laundry on site.

PARKING: Under ground garage space number 7, (measuring aprrox 14' x 7'6" height 6' 5")

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From underground garage up tarmac slope to entrance courtyard, 7 Piazza can be found on the far left hand side of the building.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 1 Step into property from courtyard


STAIRS/STEPS: There is a small step from the lounge area out onto the balcony. There are also 14 opensided stairs leading off from the lounge area to the first floor with a handrail fitted on the left hand side.

FLOORING: Carpets are fitted on the stairs, bedrooms and the hall. There is a rug in the lounge under the coffee table. The rest of the property has laminated flooring.

LIVING ROOM: Curtains to windows.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around beds. Access to one side only to one of the twin beds.


BATHROOMS: Shower type: Over bath and moveable shower screens
