Living room with balcony overlooking the beach, double studio couch, TV and large picture window to the side with views towards Man's Head. Kitchen with fridge, split level cooker and microwave. Bathroom with shower over small bath, wc. Open staircase (not suitable for very young children) to bedroom with 4ft 6in divan, single studio couch, wash basin and two balconies, one overlooking the beach and the other with a dual aspect. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From Piazza Courtyard, 55 Steps up to top level and entrance to property. Hand Rail on both sides.


STAIRS/STEPS: From entrance floor, 14 Steps up to bedroom. Open sided on the right, rail available on the left.

FLOORING: Carpet lounge and bedroom. Tile kitchen and bathroom.

HEATING: Underfloor heating in bedroom only. 1 Portable heater.


BATHROOMS: Shower over half bath with shower curtain.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the bed.
