Situated on the third floor with two balconies to enjoy the superb beach and sea views over the famous Porthmeor surfing beach.
The apartment has an open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Area with Electric cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Music system with radio, CD and MP3 player, 4ft 6in sofa bed, TV/DVD Player and a door leading to the balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the magnificent views. On the same floor is a Bathroom which has a shower over the bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. From the lounge an open tread staircase (may not be suitable for very young children) leads to the gallery bedroom which has a 4ft 6in bed and access to a second balcony giving further glorious views Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.

The whole experience was lovely, enjoyed the flat, sitting on the balcony was excellent and St Ives is great!
The property is in a perfect location with a stunning view and a parking spot!
