ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Short walk across tarmac courtyard to steps. 8 steps up, turn on threshold then 8 steps, then 5 steps and a short walk to the entracce door. Handrail on both sides

PROPERTY ACCESS: 1 Step over threshold into property. Level throughout inside.


FLOORING: Wood flooring throughout, and 1 large rug in lounge area.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the bed in the main bedroom. Access down the middle of the twin beds only in second bedroom.
